Today, health and safety doesn’t only mean reducing illness and workplace accidents, but safeguarding and boosting our people's wellbeing. Given our purpose to protect, heal and nurture, we put this responsibility at the heart of our business.
This isn’t just something we do for own employees, but for people across our value chain: health and safety is a central part of our human rights work, and our ambition for a fairer society.
